Basel vs. Genève 7-0

FC Basel E-Sports celebrated a confident and completely dominant 7–0 home victory against Genève eSports. From the very beginning, Basel took control of the game, applying high pressing and creating danger through quick combinations.

In the 10th minute, Swiss_Elite94 opened the scoring after an assist from xFaace. Basel remained clearly in control and doubled the lead in the 20th minute through Darioreal_6, who converted a pass from Sergen. Shortly after, the 3–0 followed – once again scored by Swiss_Elite94 after another assist from xFaace.

The picture remained the same in the second half: FC Basel E-Sports dominated, while Genève eSports rarely left their own half and were unable to create danger or find structure in their game. Darioreal_6 made it 4–0 in the 40th minute, assisted by drini. Swiss_Elite94 continued his strong performance, adding his third and fourth goals of the evening in the 50th and 60th minute, assisted by Sergen and Darioreal_6.

The final blow came in the 70th minute when McNeroo scored after yet another strong pass from xFaace, making it 7–0.

The team statistics underline Basel’s superiority as well: 61% possession, 14 shots, 230 passes, and 86% pass accuracy paint a very clear picture.

With this result, FC Basel E-Sports strengthens its impressive form in the Swiss Alpen League, while Genève eSports will need to find answers after such a heavy defeat.
